Shipping

We provide free shipping worldwide for all online orders.  All watches are shipped from our office in Hong Kong, by either UPS, Speedpost or registered mail, usually within 48 hours.  Once your order is shipped, your will receive an email with tracking reference to monitor the progress of your shipment.  Please note that all prices are not inclusive of any customs, taxes, duties or import charges that may occur when the package reaches its destination country.

Return Policy

If your wish to return or exchange an item purchased from this website, please contact us at hello@latedesign.com within 7 working days from receiving the goods.  All watches must be returned unused, undamaged and with the original packaging intact.  Only the amount paid for the product itself will be refunded via the original form of payment.  Additional charges on shipping and handling are non-refundable.  The customer is responsible for the return shipping.  We do not offer refunds on SALE items.

Warranty

No Monday watches come with two years warranty covering manufacturer defects from the date of sales.  In case of defects covered by this warranty, your watch will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.  The warranty does not cover the battery, glass, straps, improper handling and general wear and tear.
